Bird no. 347. Vacation’s over

I’m happy to be back, but I can feel the stress creeping back into my mind.

I’ve only been home a day, and my to-do list is already/still overflowing with self-inflicted deadlines and projects that nobody else is attached to.
.
I love moving forward, but I’m realising that I need space for my life too. For birthday parties, and dancing, and stoking relationships, and taking care of myself.
.
Now that I’ve tasted stresslessness, I’m eager to put more boundaries and organization into my work – hopefully I can figure it out before I slip back into old habits (read: 4am birds) 😬
