seasonal reminder that the fruit & seeds of pumpkins is great for both pet and wild birds! so if you don’t eat pumpkin yourself, your bird friends will really appreciate it! (but please don’t give moldy or rotting pumpkins that have been sitting on your porch, or salted pumpkin seeds – birds cannot process salt like we do!)
