If you’re stressed, take 5 minutes to just breathe, lean back and look at the sky (or a large bit of empty blank space). Take a bit of time for just yourself. Self care is best care. You can do this. I believe in you.

This is a very good pigeon i saw while i was working as a lifeguard over the summer, they were super friendly! They came over to try and drink out of the pool and it was too low for them to get too and i figured it wouldnt be great for them so i filled the top of a lid up with fresh water. They hung around for a little while but then walked off through the fence.
