Im absolutely terrified of birds so youre blog is exactly what i needed to help me try and get over it. now im only extremely uncomfortable with them which is slightly better

aww. it’s okay to be afraid! i love birds but i understand why big beaks and sudden movements can be scary. cockroaches pose literally no physical threat to me and i’m terrified of them, so…

*excited screeching * omh I’m a tag now ,I feel fuckin special *0*

Just wanted to share how the boi ended up with me,since you wondered – I do wildlife rehab for my towns avian specialized vet, and the lil one was found alone on the sidewalk during the crazy hot summer here in Germany. He was super smol, weak and sad , the pic shows him on the day he was brought in . I was planning to keep him over the winter since we all were sure he wouldn’t be on his wings in time to participate in this year’s migration, but he surprised everyone, doubled his weight in two months and joined the last traveling group in August. I miss him like crazy,he’s the embodiment of a cinnamon roll, but at least he has better weather down in Africa,it’s nasty here during the cold season :’)

aww! it’s sad you had to say goodbye, but i’m so happy he got better and was able to return to the wild.

Also, weird swift person again-while wandering thru my old phone’s folders I just found this nice picture of the boi looking absolutely pissed after some kid weirdet him out  (we were in the park ,he slept on my hand and suddenly this kid starts yelling the Bob the builder themesong and he was like ‘I will end you’) and I thought it could belong here 😀

AWWWW! i love all the pictures of this guy. how did you end up with him?

Thank you so much for the swift content, just saw it on a really rough day and it really leveled my mood up , I loved the facts and pics a lot !!! still love this blog with every cell of my body tho, this is my favorite place in all the world weird web ; hope you’ll never quit supplying bird nerds all over the world with the good stuff <3.

no problem! thanks for sharing your adorable baby!
