Yuki has gotten very good at bouncing along with my steps whenever we go on a walk. When I first got her the bag she wasn’t able to stay onto the perch for too long but now she’s good for miles.
Not a Bird but it’s Bird related. I have a Covey if Grey Partridge that I’ve been observing over the summer and I found and old roosting spot of theirs.
Ollie has been on/off sick for the past month. We’ve brought him to the vet to find mostly inconclusive results – but his poops were very sugary (lots of fruit flies) and he was drinking lots of water. I’m guessing he may have been pre-diabetic, or diabetic. Either way, we’ve switched him from his normal seed to harrison’s pellets and he finally took! (I’d been trying to convert him for years..) He’s been eating them for about a week now and seems to be doing so much better. So proud of my little man.
